The beautiful villa for rent is located in Umbria, a few kilometres from Gubbio, a small medieval town in the province of Perugia. Situated in a very peaceful area of the Umbrian countryside, the villa enjoys wonderful views of the surrounding hills covered with forests.

Assisi, Urbino, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Montepulciano and other cities of art in southern Tuscany and central Italy are easily reached by car.

The recently restored holiday villa is furnished in a warm and cosy style and has a wide panoramic and bright living area.


The Outdoors

In the wide garden that surrounds the building lie the private swimming pool (16x15 m; maximum depth: 4 m) and a whirlpool bathtub (3 m²).

A small stone outbuilding next to the villa houses a kitchen with an oven and the barbecue equipment.

Several outside areas are furnished for dining al fresco.

The property comprises a small private lake where guests can fish upon request.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are a kitchen with dining area and access to the garden, and a large living room with dining area, fireplace and piano.
A double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub are two steps above.
The first floor composes of kitchen with access to a panoramic terrace, living room with fireplace, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.

The first floor is accessed via an external stair.
