Description

The villa (10+4 sleeping accommodations), which originally was an ancient farmhouse, stands in panoramic position on a hill in Lucca countryside, in Capannori. The 350 m² building is surrounded by a gorgeous 10-hectare park, in which are the swimming pool (13x6 m) provided with night lighting and equipped with deck chairs, sunloungers, solarium area, tables, chairs, dressing room and shower, a brick barbecue, swings and toys for children and a table-tennis table. A cottage with a kitchen with table, fridge and a wood-burning oven for mouth-watering pizzas stands in front of the swimming pool.

The estate, which includes an olive grove for the production of the celebrated Tuscan olive oil, is surrounded by 3 hectares of woods in which nature lovers can walk at the discovery of the varied wildlife.

The villa is just a few kilometres from Lucca historical centre and from the famous beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Other important Tuscan cities of art, such as Pisa and Florence, are within easy car reach. Mountain lovers can do long excursions in the nearby Garfagnana, whereas those who want to dedicate to their body and well-being can visit the thermal establishments in Montecatini Terme. For those who are on holiday with their children a visit to Collodi and to the park dedicated to Pinocchio is a must.


Accommodation

The villa (5 double bedrooms + 4 supplementary beds and 5 bathrooms) is an independent two-storey building with basement.
The ground floor composes of a wide living room with fireplace, the kitchen, 1 bathroom with double wash-basin and laundry room. The living room opens onto a large veranda.
On the first floor are 4 double bedrooms (two have dedicated bathrooms with double wash-basin, shower and bathtub) and 1 bathroom with double wash-basin.
A staircase in the living room on the ground floor leads to the basement, where are two single beds, sofas, a fireplace and 1 bathroom with shower. The basement opens onto a covered and furnished terrace.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, car park, air conditioning in the bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet connection, working fireplace, cot beds, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, electric oven, gas oven and hair dryer.
Some bicycles are at guests` disposal. Animals are welcome.

A supermarket is a 5-minute car ride from the villa; cafes, a post office and some restaurants are just a few minute walk from the estate.
