Description

The large country house is set in scenery location on the hill of the Chianti Classico region near Castellina in Chianti (Siena).

All the most important towns of the Chianti Classico region, Siena, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and other famous Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.

The building is divided into three independent apartments but is rented as a whole.


The Outdoors

The wide fully fenced garden that stretches around the house affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.40-2.50 m) a few metres from the house is fully fenced and exclusively reserved to guests. An outdoor shower is on the poolside.

A beautiful panoramic terrace is equipped with masonry barbecue, table and chairs for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building divided into three independent apartments; it sleeps 16 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 in on the upper ground floor, sleeps 7 guests and composes of kitchen, dining area with fireplace, living room with dining area and fireplace, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and two bathrooms.
Apartment 2 is on the ground floor, sleeps 4 guests and composes of dining area and kitchen corner, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3 is on the first floor, sleeps 5 guests and composes of kitchen, living room dining area and fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk and a single bed and a bathroom with shower.

The living room in apartment 3 has a direct access to the terrace equipped for dining al fresco.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor shower, masonry barbecue, fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection, oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot beds and private car parking space.
Traditional Tuscan dinners are organised upon request.
