In the neighbourhood of the villa there are riding stables and the renowned golf club "Ugolino". Guests can hike or mountain bike along the numerous trekking paths surrounding the property.

Entering the villa (3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) there is a characteristic living room with a big sofa in front of the TV set. The walled kitchen and a wide and cosy dining room follow. The villa features 2 double-bedded rooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The villa has also a laundry room with a washing machine.
