Description

The villa is situated in the heart of Valdichiana countryside, near Montepulciano (Siena), just a few kilometres from Pienza and Montalcino. Lake Trasimeno, the spas of Chianciano Terme, the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, Siena and Arezzo are within easy driving distance.

The villa is the ideal accommodation for those who love walking and having long bike and horseback rides immersed in the stunning Tuscan countryside. A tennis club, a golf club and a riding stable are just a few kilometres from the villa.

The vineyards and olive groves of the estate surround the building.


The Outdoors

In the garden that surrounds the villa are the private swimming pool (9x17 m; depth: 1.40-2.80 m), a wooden gazebo, the barbecue equipment and some outdoor toys for children.
A table for having meals al fresco is at guests` disposal.

The villa is a small one-storey country cottage; it sleeps 5 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 supplementary single bed and has 1 bathroom.

The external porch leads to the fully equipped kitchen; then there are a living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms and the bathroom with whirlpool shower.

One of the bedrooms has a direct access to the garden.

A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.
