The villa is a former, recently renovated and comfortably furnished mill situated a few kilometres from Cortona (Arezzo), in Valdichiana.

Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Lake Trasimeno and many cities of tourist interest in southern Tuscany and central Italy, such as Montepulciano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Anghiari, Volterra and Caprese Michelangelo, are within short driving distance.
Nearby the villa is also an outlet village selling high fashion items at keen prices.


The Outdoors

A fully fenced garden surrounds the villa.

The fenced private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.30-1.70 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.

An outdoor area is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The washing machine is in an outdoor laundry area.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 4 guests in 2 double bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining area with fireplace, a living room with access to the outside and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with bathtub and a second, not completely closed double bedroom (minimum height: 1.20 metres).

One of the bedrooms is accessed from the dining area and the other is accessed from the living room.
