Description

The cosy small villa is situated in a peaceful corner of Val di Cecina, a few kilometres from Volterra and San Gimignano. Siena, Florence, Pisa and many other important Tuscan cities of art and tourist destinations are easily reached by car. The beaches of Vada, Bibbona, Castiglioncello and Cecina are within some 60 kilometres of the property.

Around the villa stretches the wonderful Val di Cecina countryside, an ideal spot for having long walks and bike rides.

The owners of the villa live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

The well-kept garden that surrounds the house features two gazebos furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.
Two masonry barbecues and a swing set for children are in the garden as well.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.40 m) a few metres from the house is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.


Accommodation

The small villa is a two-storey building divided into two independent apartments but is rent as a whole unit. In total, it sleeps 12 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 double sofa beds, and has 2 bathrooms.

One of the apartment is on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor, and each of them consists of living room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
