The cosy stone villa is situated on the hills of Upper Valdarno, near Reggello.

The ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, the villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting Florence: the historic centre of the town of the lily is just a few dozen kilometres from the property and is easily reached by train and by bus. Arezzo, San Gimignano, Siena, Cortona and the whole Chianti region are within easy driving distance.
An outlet village is a few kilometres from the house.


The Outdoors

A wide, well-kept and fully fenced garden stretches around the building.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) situated on a lower level than the house affords wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

A dining area with table, chairs and barbecue equipment is arranged in the garden.

The villa is a two-storey building divided into two independent apartments that are rented to a single group; in total it sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 sleeps 5 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.
On the upper ground floor are the kitchen and the living room with a fireplace and the dining area.
The first floor composes of a single bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are five steps above.

Apartment 2 sleeps 5 guests in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, kitchen corner and dining area. A twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower (but no bidet) and access to the garden is a step below.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
