The property comprises a beautiful small church dating from the 7th century.

The villa is an excellent departure point for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Siena, Florence and many other Tuscan tourist destinations.

A wide and fully fenced garden stretches around the building.

The private swimming pool (irregularly shaped; about 16x8 m, depth: 1.20-3 m) that overlooks the valley below features a whirlpool area.

The wide solarium area is equipped with a pergola and a shed with a dressing room, a toilette, two showers and a small kitchen corner.

The porch is furnished for dining al fresco.

On the ground floor are a living room with fireplace, dining area and kitchen corner, a storeroom, a second dining are with kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
A staircase in the second dining area leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the first floor.
From the living room, two steps up and then two steps down lead to a third dining area with kitchen corner.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
Two steps above are a living room and dining area with kitchen corner.
