Description

The villa is a typical country cottage immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, in Valdichiana, near Arezzo. Cortona, Sansepolcro, Caprese Michelangelo, Anghiari, Siena and Florence are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.

The estate is fully fenced and is thus particularly suited for families with children.


The Outdoors

Five hectares of land surround the building. Here lies the private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.5 m), which is situated about 20 metres from the house and is open from May to September.

A terrace is furnished for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The two-storey building has a livable surface of 180 square metres; it sleeps 10+2 people in 3 double-bedded room, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen with direct access to the garden; a large living room with dining area, fireplace and a piano; one bathroom.

On the first floor are a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed; a small kitchen/breakfast room; three double-bedded rooms; two rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed; three bathrooms.

Two bathrooms have a bathtub and two come with a shower box.

The villa is provided with swimming pool, working fireplaces, satellite TV, washing machine, barbecue equipment and private car parking place.

Baby-sitting service and a cook are available upon request.

A maid service is available upon request (additional charges apply).
