Description

The cosy small villa is part of a farm situated in scenic location on the hills that surround Cortona (Arezzo), in Valdichiana. Surrounded by woodlands, the property affords wonderful views of the valley below.

The villa is both an excellent solution for those who dream of relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and a convenient departure point for visiting many places of historic and artistic interest in south-eastern Tuscany, including Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano. Lake Trasimeno is just a few dozen kilometres from the property.


The Outdoors

The garden that surrounds the house features a children's playground, tables, chairs and the barbecue equipment.

The private swimming pool (14x7 m; maximum depth: 2.40 m) a few metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

A part of the garden is furnished for outdoor dining.

The small villa sleeps 7 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 3 single beds, and has 1 bathroom.

The ground floor composes of living room with kitchen corner, dining area and fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

On the mezzanine open onto the living room are three single beds (one just for children).
