Description

The villa is an ancient farmhouse situated in panoramic location in the countryside south of Florence, near Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, and is the ideal accommodation for relaxing holidays in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany.

Florence historic centre and its monuments - the Duomo, the basilica of Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti, the Boboli Gardens and many other - are within short driving distance.
Thanks to its location, the villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting the whole Chianti region, as well as other important Tuscan cities, including Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa.

The rooms are furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style.


The Outdoors

The wide garden that surrounds the building is equipped with a large table for guests to have their meals in the open air, a masonry barbecue and a gazebo.

The private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.20-2 m) is exclusively reserved to guests.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor is devoted to the living area and composes of the kitchen and a living room with dining area.
The sleeping area is on the first floor and consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with shower.

All of the rooms are equipped with fans.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, masonry barbecue, fans, satellite TV, DVD player, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cot bed and private car parking place.
A baby sitter and a domestic help are available upon request.
