Description

The elegant farmhouse stands in scenic location in a 6-hectare property on the hills that surround Monte San Savino (Arezzo). Situated in a very tranquil area of Valdichiana, the villa is an excellent lodging for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

Arezzo, Cortona, Siena, Florence and many other cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy are easily reached by car for amusing one-day jaunts.


The Outdoors

A large terraced garden surrounds the villa.

The private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.20-2.40 m) with solarium area is exclusively reserved to guests.

A barbecue area with wood-burning oven is in an outbuilding.

A wonderful panoramic terrace is furnished for dining al fresco while admiring the panorama of Valdichiana.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, and has 4 bathrooms and 1 toilette.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the panoramic terrace, the dining room with fireplace, two living rooms (one with fireplace), an office, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilette.
The first floor composes of living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with bathtub and a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside), a twin bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, and another bathroom with bathtub.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven, fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, stereo system with CD player, oven, microwave oven, freezer, American-style coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
