The villa (14+1 sleeping accommodations) stands 800 metres above sea level on a hill in Valtiberina, near Arezzo. The villa offers a breathtaking view of the Tuscan green hills and is the ideal accommodation for those who love quiet places and want to stroll in the countryside. Many important Tuscan and Umbrian historic cities, such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Assisi and Gubbio, lie within easy car reach. The Medieval castle of Lippiano and Monterchi, where the famous fresco "Madonna del Parto" by Piero della Francesca is to be admired, are just a few kilometres from the villa. The 6x12-metre swimming pool situated in panoramic position in the garden is at guests disposal, as well as a volleyball pitch and a children's playground with slide and swing.

The villa is divided into three apartments elegantly furnished according to the local style and provided with all comforts.

Apartment La Loggia (4 beds): it is divided into a large kitchen with fireplace, a living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room and 1 bathroom with shower.

Apartment Il Seccatoio (5 beds): the apartment composes of kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with loft with a single bed and 1 bathroom.

Apartment Il Fienile (5 beds): the apartment in composed of living room/kitchen with single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with additional single bed and 1 bathroom.


Facilities

The swimming pool (6x12 m) is situated in panoramic position and is at guests disposal. Guests can attend sahaja yoga classes for free.
