Description

The stone villa is located in Calenzano, in a village called Le Croci, on the hills between Florence and Prato, just a few kilometres from the valley of Mugello and Lake Bilancino. The windows of the villa afford a stunning view of the surrounding hills, covered with woods.

The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in close contact with nature, who can have pleasant walks along the paths that stretch around the property.
At Lake Bilancino guests can dedicate to fishing and windsurfing.
Many festivals take place the whole year round in the neighbourhood of the villa, offering excellent occasions to taste the traditional dishes of the Tuscan and Mugello cuisine.

Florence hostoric centre is easily reached by bus, by train and by car.

The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a fully fenced garden in which lies the private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.50 m).

A large porch next to the swimming pool is furnished with sun loungers and armchairs.

A table for having meals in the open air and the barbecue equipment are at guests` disposal, as well as a swing and a slide.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8+2 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with fireplace, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with two showers.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor, which composes of two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Two supplementary single beds are available upon request.
