The villa is located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, between Florence and Siena, in the Chianti region. The villa is surrounded by 2 hectares of land covered with meadows and olive groves and affords a wonderful view of the Chianti hills.

The villa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax in close contact with nature having pleasant walks and bicycle and horseback rides in the neighbourhood, but also for food-and-wine lovers, who can take advantage of their holidays for visiting the wineries that produce the Chianti wine and for tasting the delicious dishes of the traditional Tuscan cuisine.
Florence, Siena, the towns of the Chianti region and other important Tuscan cities of art are within easy driving distance for pleasant one day trips.

In the garden that surrounds the villa are the private swimming pool (4x12 m; depth: 1.30 m), a playground with table-tennis table and table-football table, and the barbecue equipment.
