Description

The villa is an independent building situated in Arezzo Valdichiana, near the famous town of Cortona. The garden and the building afford splendid views of the Etruscan town and the valley below.

The villa is an excellent solution for having relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside as well as for visiting some of the most famous cities of art of the region and central Italy, including Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia, Siena and Assisi, all of which are easily reached by car.

The house is surrounded by a fully fenced garden equipped with a barbecue and table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The private swimming pool (9x4.50 m; depth: 1.20-1.70 m) in front of the house overlooks the valley below.

The first floor composes of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

One of the twin bedrooms has a direct access to the outside.
