The villa stands in panoramic position near Montaione, a village in Empoli countryside. The villa overlooks the surrounding hills and the Fortress of Frederick II in San Miniato.
San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Certaldo, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and many other Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.
A few kilometres from the villa are also a riding stable, a golf club and Gambassi Terme with its spas.
Immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, the fully fenced villa is an excellent accommodation for having relaxing vacations in close contact with nature.


The Outdoors

A wide English garden surrounds the villa. The estate includes also cultivated fields, a vegetable garden, aromatic plants and flowers.
At the back of the building lies the private swimming pool (15x5 m; depth: 1.50-2 m), furnished with sunshades, sun loungers, chairs and an external shower.
The barbecue equipment and two tables with chairs are at guests` disposal in the garden.

The villa is a three-storey building; it sleeps 8 people in 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor are the billiard room, the laundry room, a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of well-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room with access to the panoramic balcony, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a second twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor is a mansard with a piano.
