The villa (sleeping 10) is situated on the hills surrounding Montepulciano. The building is immersed in the green wood and Tuscan olive groves. The garden of the villa, where a solarium and the private swimming pool are to be found, offers a breathtaking view of that part of the Tuscan countryside where the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is produced and of the lake Trasimeno. A part of the garden has been furnished with gazebo, table and chairs for dining in the open air. The recently restored villa has all modern comforts (satellite TV, Internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board) and a private parking lot. The villa is equipped with an air conditioning system.

On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Wonderful view of the valley from the terrace.
