Description

The elegant property consisting of a main villa and a guest house is set in a very tranquil area in the southern part of the island of Elba, just 1.4 kilometres from the beach of Marina di Campo, where guests can rent an umbrella at special prices and relax while admiring the wonderful sea that surrounds the island.

In proximity to the property immersed in the green countryside are many beautiful inlets, the villa where Napoleon Bonaparte lived during his exile on the island and Elba Mining Park in Rio Marina, which offers guided tours of the old mines.

Portoferraio and its port with ferries to Piombino are within short driving distance from the villa.


The Outdoors

Around the buildings stretches a beautiful, fully fenced garden dotted with palms where lies the private swimming pool (17x7 m; depth: 1.20-3 m) equipped with sun loungers. A toilette and an external shower are close to swimming pool. A large stone gazebo stands by the pool.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal.

A covered patio is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

On the first floor are a living room with access to a balcony, a double bedroom with private bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and a double bedroom with private bathroom with whirlpool shower.

The guest house sleeps 4 guests 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and has 1 bathroom with shower.
