Florence, Rome and Arezzo are easily reached by train from Orvieto railway station.

Around the villa stretches a wide garden dotted with long-stemmed trees that safeguard the privacy of the guests.

The elegant patio, which is accessed both from the kitchen and the living room, is equipped with barbecue and furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.50 m) is equipped with deck chairs and parasols.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 4 bathroom and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of kitchen, large living room with dining area and fireplace, a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a half bathroom with the washing machine.
On the first floor are a living room with fireplace and a small cooking corner, a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

The twin bedroom can be converted into a double bedroom, upon request.
The kitchen, the living room and the double bedroom on the ground floor have a direct access to the garden.
