Description

The villa stands a few kilometres from Arezzo, in Valdichiana.

In origin a farmhouse, the elegant stone building dating from the 17th century has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original architectural structure. Its rooms feature some elements of the traditional Tuscan rural style, such as terracotta-tiled floors and brick and beamed ceilings.

The villa affords a wonderful view of Valdichiana hills and mountains and of nearby Arezzo and its cathedral.

A tennis club and a riding stable are in proximity to the villa. Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Lucca, Pisa and many other less-renowned but charming tourist destinations, including Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Cortona and Caprese Michelangelo, are easily reached by car.

The owners live in proximity to the villa and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A wide fully fenced garden surrounds the villa.

A few dozen metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (6x13 m; depth: 0.50-1.50 m). An external bathroom is near the swimming pool.

The loggia is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is divided into two apartments, sleeps 10+2 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 5 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 composes of a fully equipped kitchenette, a large living room and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. A twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower are outside the apartment, about eight metres from the main door.

Apartment 2 consists of the kitchen, a bright living room with a double sofa, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a corridor with a bathroom with shower.

Access to the Villa
