Description

The beautiful villa dating back to the 15th century is located in the wonderful Crete Senesi region, near Monteroni d'Arbia, in the province of Siena.

A wide panoramic terrace affords gorgeous views of the Sienese gentle rolling hills.

Siena is just a few kilometres from the property and is easily reached both by car and by bus. The villa is also an excellent departure point for visiting San Gimignano, Pienza, the whole Val d'Orcia and Chianti regions and Montalcino. Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Arezzo are easily reached by train from Siena railway station.

The three apartments the villa is divided into feature beamed ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors and are furnished with some antique items.

The owners of the villa live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoor

The wide garden that surrounds the villa is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The picturesque private swimming pool (irregular shape, about 100 m², depth: 1.30 m) is the result of the conversion and renovation of a 19th-century fishpond.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building divided into three apartments that are rented to a single group; in total, it sleeps 11 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

Apartment 1 is the largest, is on the ground floor and sleeps 5 guests. It composes of kitchen, living room with dining area and direct access to the garden, breakfast room, a triple bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub and shower and direct access to the garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

Apartment 2 is on the ground floor and sleeps 4 guests. It consists of kitchen, living room with dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Apartment 3 is the smallest, is on the first floor and sleeps 2 guests. It composes of kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue, Internet connection, TV set, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.
A domestic help is available upon request.
