Description

The villa is an imposing building that stands in panoramic position atop a hill in Maremma, just a few kilometres from the sea and from famous seaside resorts along Grosseto coast, such as Talamone, Albinia, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano and Capalbio.

The villa is an excellent solution not only for sea and water-sports lovers, but also for those who want to dedicate to their well-being and for nature lovers: the celebrated thermal baths of Saturnia and the Uccellina Park are indeed within short driving distance.


The Outdoors

The villa is situated at the centre of a farm and is surrounded by almost 3,000 hectares of olive groves and vineyards.

The private swimming pool (7x3 m; depth: 1.20 m) just a few metres from the house and equipped with parasols and sun loungers is exclusively reserved to guests.

The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the wide garden.

A pergola next to the entrance to the villa is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 15 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of entry hall, kitchen, dining area with fireplace, two living rooms (one with fireplace), laundry room, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Two steps lead to a bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor are two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a single bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, barbecue (both outdoor and indoor), fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, two ovens, freezer, ice maker, slicing machine, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking space.

A maid service is available upon request.
Tastings of the produce of the farm are organised upon request.
