Description

The complex consisting of a farmhouse dating back to the late 19th century and an annex is situated in panoramic position on the hills of Valdichiana, near Foiano della Chiana, in the province of Arezzo. Both buildings are furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style.

The villa is a just a few kilometres from Arezzo and in proximity to a railway station and a motorway entrance and is therefore an excellent lodging not only for those who want to relax in the peaceful Tuscan countryside, but also for art and culture lovers, who can easily reach Arezzo, Florence, Siena, the Chianti district and the many picturesque villages and small towns of Valdichiana.


The Outdoors

The buildings stand at the centre of a fully fenced estate.

The private lighted swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.10-2.20 m) is exclusively reserved to guests. Next to the swimming pool is an outdoor shower.

A part of the garden houses a children's playground equipped with slide, swing, sandbox and a playhouse.

A wide loggia and a gazebo are furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

An annex between the main building and the swimming pool houses a kitchenette, a masonry barbecue and a wood-burning oven.

In the wide garden dotted with fruit trees and plants is also a garden swing.


Accommodation

In total the complex sleeps 9 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

The main house is a two-storey building.
On the ground floor are the kitchen with wood-burning stove and a wide living room with fireplace and dining area.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The twin bedroom and one of the two double bedrooms have an access to a balcony commanding the surrounding countryside.

The annex consists of a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The bedrooms in the main house are equipped with air conditioning.
