Description
This ancient farmhouse (4+2 sleeping accommodations) has been completely renovated and transformed into a cosy villa for wonderful holidays in the still and green Tuscan countryside. The villa commands the surrounding countryside until Siena. A 2,500 m² garden with swimming pool (4.80x12 m, depth: 1,4 m) and external shower surrounds the building. The villa has a private parking lot.

The villa (2 double bedrooms + 2 single sofa beds and 1 bathroom) composes of large living/dining room with TV, fireplace and two single sofa beds, second living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with oven, freezer and dishwasher, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Facilities
The villa is provided with dishwasher, washing machine, telephone (to be paid at the end of the stay), central heating, swimming pool from May to September. A cot for babies is available upon request.

Shops and services of any kind and riding stables are 2 kilometres from the villa. Siena is 15 kilometres from the villa.

We absolutely loved the villa, It was what we had hoped for, The villa was kept very well , so peaceful , Did not want to leave .The flies are annoying , but not much can be done about that, the road was tricky , got a flat tire , but it was worth getting to a destination that was so private. Our only suggestion is the mattress in the main bedroom was really bad, It should be replaced. And the kitchen could have been stocked with more dish soap paper towel , toilet paper etc. We loved it so much would like to come back and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Villa spacieuse et très confortable, extérieur splendide avec une piscine à usage privatif très grande. En revanche, il faudrait prévoir la réparation des moustiquaires dans plusieurs pièces de la maison (zanazare nombreux et voraces !!!). Le chemin menant au hameau d'une longueur de 1.8km est difficile d'accès pour une berline. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location.
