The beautiful villa is located on the hills of Upper Valdarno, near Figline Valdarno, a town a few dozen kilometres from Florence and its famous monuments. The Chianti Classico region, Vallombrosa nature reserve and the Casentino region, with its castles and sanctuaries, are within easy driving distance.

The swimming pool and the balcony on the first floor afford wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

The Outdoors

Around the villa stretches a garden dotted with local shrubs and roses.

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1-1.50 m) a few dozen metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests.

An outdoor area is equipped for dining in the open air.

A barbecue and a wood-burning oven are at guests' disposal in the garden.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 7 guests in 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of entry hall, kitchen with direct access to the outside, living room with dining area and direct access to the outside, laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is on the first floor, which consists of two double bedrooms (one with a private bathroom with shower), a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with a panoramic balcony and a bathroom with shower.

The twin bedroom can be converted into a double bedroom upon request.
