Description

Set on the hills of Valdichiana, just 3 kilometres from Arezzo historic centre, the villa is at the same time the ideal solution for relaxing holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and an excellent departure point for visiting not only the town of the "Saracen Joust" but also the most important cities of art in central Italy - such as Florence, Siena, Perugia and Assisi - as well as the villages of Valdichiana and the Chianti region.


The Outdoors

A wide fully fenced park surrounds the elegant building.

The private swimming pool (11x3 m; depth: 1.40 m) with salt water is exclusively reserved to guests. A shower is in proximity to the pool.

The barbecue equipment and a wood-burning oven are at guests' disposal.

A loggia is furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a modern two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with wood-burning stove, the dining room with fireplace and a double bedroom.

The first floor composes of a double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with private bathroom with whirlpool shower (which is accessed climbing five steps), a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower
