The nice villa built in the 1970s stands in panoramic position on the hills of Valdichiana at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, halfway from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. The garden and the wide windows of the villa afford a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding hills.

Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is an excellent solution for discovering Tuscany and Umbria: Arezzo, Cortona, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Perugia, Assisi and many other tourist destinations in central Italy are easily reached by car.
Sporty guests can windsurf, sail and fish in nearby Lake Trasimeno.

A well-tended and fully fenced wide terraced park stretches around the building.

The private swimming pool (13x6.5 m; depth: 1.20-2.50 m) is surrounded by a large solarium area.

A masonry barbecue is under the pergola furnished for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 6 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, and has 4 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of large entry hall, kitchen with direct outdoor access, a double bedroom with direct outdoor access and ensuite bathroom with shower, and another bathroom with shower. Three steps lead to a large living room with fireplace and direct outdoor access.
On the basement are the laundry room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.
The first floor consists of an open gallery giving on the living room and with access to two solarium terraces.
A second double bedroom and a bathroom with shower are 50 metres away, under the pool level.
