The beautiful villa stands in panoramic location on the hills of Valdichiana, just a few kilometres from Cortona, a famous town of Etruscan origin situated close to Lake Trasimeno and the border between Tuscany and Umbria.

Surrounded by olive trees, the villa affords beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and is an excellent accommodation for relaxing holidays in close contact with nature in the peaceful Tuscan countryside.

Apart from the above-mentioned Cortona, many cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy - such as Arezzo, Siena, Perugia, Todi, Assisi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Florence, Sansepolcro and Anghiari - are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day jaunts.

The owners of the villa live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.


The Outdoors

A well-kept garden rich in plants and flowers stretches around the house. An area of the garden is equipped with a wood-burning oven, a barbecue and a picnic area.

The private swimming pool (12x6; depth: 1.10-2 m) is exclusively reserved to guests. Next to the poolside are a shower with warm water and a small fridge.

A separate, external room houses a table-tennis table and a laundry area with a washing machine and a sink.

A pergola is equipped for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and has 3 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchen corner and access to the garden, a twin bedroom with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
