Description
The cottage, once an annex to the 18-century villa nearby, stands on Versilia hills, a few kilometres from Lido di Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi and Lucca historic centre.
The building is part of a 70-hectare estate and has been completely renovated with an eye to the Tuscan traditional style. The villa is furnished with of ancient and modern furniture and features some typical elements of the Tuscan rustic style, including terracotta-tiled floors and joisted ceilings.
The Outdoor
The villa is surrounded by a private garden and has a veranda equipped with lighting system for having meals in the open air in the evening.
About 10 metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (6x4 m; depth: 1.20 m), exclusively reserved to guests. The terracotta poolside is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and parasols.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 12 guests in 3 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms, and has 2 bathrooms.
The building composes of equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and the laundry area.
Each floor features a double and a twin bedroom.
The kitchen has a direct access to the wide veranda furnished with table and chairs.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage auf einem der Hügel rund um um Lucca wunderbar. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Vor allem die überdachte Laube direkt vor der Küche lädt auch bei Hitze zum Verweilen ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und sympathische Leute, die sich sehr bemüht haben, die Unannehmlichkeit zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes (deshalb nur Note "gut") so schnell wie möglich zu beheben.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Un par de comentarios por si resultan útiles: el pago de la limpieza final sería mejor incluirlo en el importe del alquiler y no dejarlo separado, y deberían indicar que está a 25 min de Lucca, de la información previa, deduje que estaba a 10 min de Lucca. Gracias!!

très beaux paysages, belle maison soignée, propriétaire très réactif car il y a eu une panne du lave-vaisselle qu'il a réparé de suite.
