Description

The villa is located in Maremma countryside, between Grosseto and Campagnatico. It is the ideal accommodation for various kinds of tourists: those who love nature can visit Maremma Natural Park and Ombrone Fluvial Park: in proximity to the villa are several archaeological sites; Castiglione della Pescaia, Principina a Mare and other seaside resorts of southern Tuscany are within easy driving distance; last but not least, a few kilometres from the villa are a golf club and a riding stable.


The Outdoors

Around the villa stretches a fully-fenced park of about 6,000 square metres scattered with century-old trees.

The private swimming pool (5x15 m; depth: 0.30-1.35 m) is equipped with underwater sun loungers and a night lighting system. A stereo system plays background music.

In the garden is also a table with chairs for having meals al fresco.

During the summer a keeper takes care of the wide garden and keeps the swimming pool clean without interfering with the privacy of the guests and their exclusive use of the pool. He will also be glad to help the guests of the villa in case of need.

Accommodation

The complex consists of two buildings and offers four apartments; in total it sleeps 16+8 guests in 8 double bedrooms and 4 double sofa beds, and has 6 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor of the villa there is an apartment composed of kitchen, large living/dining room with two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor is also a studio with fully equipped kitchen corner, a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The apartment on the first floor composes of kitchen/living/dining room with one double sofa bed, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
The fourth apartment is in an independent building and composes of kitchen, storeroom, living room with a big fireplace and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms (one with a half bathroom with bathtub and washbasin ensuite) and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor stereo system, barbecue, air conditioning, working fireplaces, air purifying system, indoor and outdoor Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, safe, alarm system, whirlpool bathtub, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed, bicycles and private car parking place.

A golf club and a riding stable are 10 and 16 kilometres from the estate, respectively.
