The villa is an ancient country house set in scenery location near Castiglion Fiorentino (Arezzo). The windows of the villa and the garden afford wonderful views of Valdichiana countryside; the charming Etruscan town of Cortona is to be seen in the distance.

Situated at the heart of Valdichiana, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting many important cities of art in Tuscany and central Italy, including Arezzo, Perugia, Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Montalcino and Florence.
Lake Trasimeno is within easy driving distance, as well.
A tennis club and a riding stable are within a few kilometres of the property.

The beautiful country house has been renovated with an eye to maintaining its original architectural structure and is furnished in a cosy rustic style.


The Outdoors

A wide, fully fenced garden equipped for dining al fresco stretches around the house.

The private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.20-1.40 m) is fenced and provided with a lighting system.

An ancient wood-burning oven, the barbecue equipment, a table-tennis table and a shower are at guests' disposal in the garden.

The villa is a two-storey building tha sleeps 11+2 guests in 5 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 single folding beds, and has 5 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of kitchen with dining area and access to the outside, living room with fireplace and access to the outside, two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a passage-way room with two single folding beds and access to the outside, and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are a kitchen corner, two living rooms, three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.

The first floor is accessed only from outside.
