The panoramic swimming pool (13x6 m; depth: 1.30-2.10 m) lies about 20 metres from the house and features a whirlpool area.

On the ground floor are the dining area with a kitchen corner, the living room overlooking an enthralling panorama and a half bathroom.

The lower floor composes of laundry room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double one and a bathroom with shower.

All of the rooms have a direct access to the outside.
