Description

The beautiful villa is situated at the beginning of the route that connects Valtiberina to Arezzo, in south-eastern Tuscany. It stands in panoramic position and affords a wonderful view of Arezzo and the surrounding countryside.

Thanks to its strategic position, the villa is an excellent departure point for one-day jaunts to important Tuscan cities of art, such as Siena, Arezzo and Florence, and to the many Etruscan and medieval small towns in Valtiberina and Casentino, including Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo and Sansepolcro.
Visits to the nearby wineries and oil mills producing the famous Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil are organised upon request, as well as visits to nearby outlet villages and traditional Tuscan dinners. A riding stable is a few kilometres from the estate.


The Outdoors

The villa is surrounded by a fully-fenced garden and a luxuriant wood of over 2 hectares.

About 30 metres from the building lies the private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.50-3 m) equipped with deck chairs and parasols. A gazebo adjacent to the swimming pool is furnished with tables, chairs and a swing.

A building near the swimming pool is set up as a game room with a table-tennis table, a billiard and a table-football table. It also has a bathroom with shower.

In the wide garden equipped with outdoor furniture are also a private tennis court and a children's playground.

A wood-burning oven and a barbecue are at guests' disposal.

In the summer a person in charge of the daily cleansing of the swimming pool lives in an apartment adjacent to the villa.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building sleeping 12+2 guests in 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 supplementary beds, and has 5 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen, a wide living room, the dining room and a half bathroom.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom that can be converted into a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
A bright lounge connects the first to the second floor, which consists of three double bedrooms (two with ensuite bathroom with shower), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

Two supplementary single beds are available upon request.

A French-door close to the kitchen opens onto a porch furnished for having meals al fresco, whereas the lounge on the first floor has an access to a wide balcony overlooking the surrounding valleys.

A baby sitter, a cook, a domestic help and a breakfast service are available upon request.
Traditional Tuscan dinners and visits to the nearby outlet villages, oil mills and wineries are organised upon request.
