The welcoming small villa is located near Foiano della Chiana, in Valdichiana, a few dozen kilometres from Arezzo and some of the most beautiful towns of southern Tuscany, including Cortona, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme, Pienza and Siena.

The property is found in a very peaceful and area of the Tuscan countryside, which makes it an excellent solution for relaxing holidays far from the hectic city life. Some bicycles are at guests' disposal for amusing rides along the nearby cycle track connecting Chiusi and Arezzo. A golf club, a tennis club, a riding stable and an outlet village are a few kilometres from the property.

The house has been recently renovated; it features beamed ceilings, brick arches and terracotta-tiled floors, which are typical element of the Tuscan rural architecture, and is furnished in rustic style.


The Outdoors

The property is fully fenced and comprises a courtyard adapted as a car park, a front and a rear garden.

The front garden is furnished with a table, some chairs, a garden swing and gazebo equipped for having meals in the open air.
The private swimming pool (5x10 m; depth: 1.50 m) in the rear garden is exclusively reserved to guests. The poolside is equipped with deck chairs and a gazebo.

The small villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 4+1 guests in 2 double bedrooms and 1 supplementary single bed, and has 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is on the first floor and composes of kitchen, living room with access to a large balcony, a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a second double bedroom and a second bathroom.

A supplementary single bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.
