Description

The villa is situated in Centoia, a small village in the province of Arezzo, close to Cortona, in the Valdichiana. It is a completely fenced building divided into five apartments with independent entry. The building is surrounded by a wooden veranda with a trussed roof and furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The villa is furnished in rustic style.

Around the estate stretch many surfaced and unsurfaced routes for guests to have pleasant walks and mountain-bike rides.


The Outdoors

The building is surrounded by a wide garden where lies the private swimming pool (5x12 m), which is at guests` disposal from May to September. The swimming pool is about 10 metres from the villa and is reached through a natural stone stair. The swimming pool is provided with a Roman stair.

The area around the swimming pool is furnished with sun loungers and sunshades. Next to the swimming pool are also an external bathroom with shower and a tool shed.

A gazebo with kitchen, closed and provided with heating system, is at guests` disposal even in the winter.

The villa offers in total 6+4 sleeping accommodations in 3 double-bedded rooms and 2 double sofa beds, and 5 bathrooms and is divided into five apartments with independent entry.

Apartment A (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double-bedded room and 1 bathroom) composes of equipped kitchen, one bedroom with wrought-iron double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The French door in the bedroom opens onto the wooden veranda.
The apartment overlooks the hills around Montepulciano.

Apartment B (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double-bedded room and 1 bathroom) composes of equipped kitchen, one bedroom with wrought-iron double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment overlooks the hills around Cortona.
The apartment can be united with apartment C.

Apartment C (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double-bedded room and 1 bathroom) composes of equipped kitchen, one bedroom with wrought-iron double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can be united with apartment B.

Apartment D (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double sofa bed and a bathroom) composes of a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment E (2 sleeping accommodations - 1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) composes of a large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.


Facilities

The villa is provided with private swimming pool, satellite TV, air conditioning (additional charges apply), fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer and covered parking place for four cars.

Each apartment is provided with independent alarm system and independent heating system.

Some bicycles, a cradle and high chair are available upon request.

An Internet dongle, a cook, baby-sitting and maid service are available upon request (additional charges apply).
