The villa (8 sleeping accommodations) is a newly-built structure made from local, hand-worked stone, featuring all the typical characteristics of an old-time Tuscan farmhouse. It is located in Pievescola, in the municipality of Casole d`Elsa, in the heart of the Sienese hills, just 150 metres from the renowned Villa La Suvera, a former noble residence. The villa accommodates up to 8 people and enjoys a spectacular view from all sides. It stands in the countryside and is surrounded by beautiful green hills covered with ilex groves and chestnut woods, which can be toured on foot or by mountain-bike thanks to the numerous trekking trails. Owing to the central position, famous towns and villages such as Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Galgano, San Gimignano, Florence and Casole d`Elsa are all within a few minutes drive.


Accommodation

The villa (4 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) is situated in Siena countryside. Silver olive trees surround the building, the 10x5 m swimming pool and the garden. The villa spreads out over 200 square metres, is divided into three apartments and accommodates up to 8 people. The structure composes of three kitchens supplied with kitchenware, microwave oven, fridge and Italian espresso machine, 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is furnished with tables and chairs for spending pleasant days outdoor.
