Description

The villa stands 680 metres above sea level in Valtiberina, just a few kilometres from Arezzo and enjoys a stunning view over the surrounding Tuscan hills covered with woods.

Many tourist destinations are within easy driving distance of the villa, including Anghiari, Arezzo (the town of gold and Piero della Francesca), Siena, Cortona, Florence and Lake Trasimeno.

The recently renovated villa features comfortable rooms with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings, furnished with ancient original Tuscan items. The villa is a good location for celebrating weddings and other special events.


The Outdoors

In the wide garden that surrounds the villa lies the private panoramic swimming pool (8x16 m; depth: 1-2.50 m), equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. A bar is by the pool.

The wide terraces that command the wonderful panorama are furnished for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building. It sleeps 12+2 people in 6 double bedrooms and 1 double sofa bed, and has 6 bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, living room and three half bathrooms.

The night area is on the first floor and composes of one suite and five double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. The suite consists in a double bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
