Description

The villa is a modern building situated in Casentino, in a residential area a few kilometres from Poppi, a town in eastern Tuscany in the province of Arezzo.

A golf club and the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi - with mount Falterona and the springs of the Arno River - are near the property. Arezzo, Florence, the sanctuary of Chiusi della Verna, the hermitage of Camaldoli and many other Tuscan places of artistic interest are within easy driving distance.


The Outdoors

The garden that stretched around the house is fully fenced and is equipped with the private swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1-1.60 m), an outdoor warm shower and the barbecue equipment.

A covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 supplementary single beds, and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room with access to a terrace, the living room with fireplace, the laundry room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Two supplementary single beds can be added in two double bedrooms.

The villa is equipped with swimming pool, outdoor warm shower, barbecue, fireplace, Internet connection, satellite TV, oven, freezer, toaster, washing machine, cot bed and private parking place.
Some bicycles are rented out upon request.
A domestic help is available upon request.
