In the wide garden that stretches around the building are the private swimming pool (4x8.5 m; depth: 1.30 m) with whirlpool corner and a masonry barbecue.

A gazebo is furnished with table and chairs for having meals in the open air.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 10+1 guests in 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 1 supplementary single bed, and has 3 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen with dining area, a large living room with a piano and a fireplace, the TV room, the laundry room, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, two twin bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the basement are a small gym and a garage for three cars.

The kitchen has a direct access to the panoramic terrace.
A supplementary single bed is supplied upon request.
