Description

The villa (10+3 sleeping accommodations) is located a few kilometres from Lucca, near the small medieval village of Montecarlo, about 30 kilometres from the famous beaches of the Versilia.

The building is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and enjoys picturesque views of the surrounding countryside from its balcony.


The Outdoors

The fully fenced building is at the centre of a garden that covers a surface of 1,000 square metres. A swimming pool is at guests` disposal. Guests can park their cars in the areas adjacent to the house.


Accommodation

The villa (270 square metres - 10+3 sleeping accommodations) has 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The living area on the ground floor composes of TV room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and service bathroom. The kitchen has access to a large veranda furnished for having meals al fresco.
The sleeping area on the ground floor has olive-wood floors and is furnished with 13th-century pieces. It composes of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower cubicle and one with bathtub).
The first floor consists in two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a panoramic balcony.

The villa is provided with panoramic balcony, table-tennis table, swimming pool, barbecue equipment, washing machine, hair dryer, satellite TV, working fireplace, DVD player. Possibility of parking in the areas adjacent to the house.
