Description

The elegant country house is set at the border between Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometres from Montepulciano, the small town in the province of Siena renowned all over the world for being the home of such famous wines as the Rosso and the Nobile di Montepulciano.

Its geographical position makes the property an excellent departure point for visiting some of the most important Tuscan and Umbrian cities of art, including Siena, Montepulciano, Perugia, Pienza, Cortona and Assisi. Lake Trasimeno, Lake Montepulciano Nature Reserve, Lake Chiusi WWF Oasis and Chianciano Terme thermal baths are within short driving distance.


The Outdoors

The wide garden that surrounds the beautiful stone building is fully fenced.

A covered terrace is equipped with table and chairs for having meals al fresco, while a second covered terrace at the entrance of the house is furnished with sofas for relaxing in the peaceful countryside.

The private swimming pool (10x6 m; depth: 1-1.50 m) a few metres from the house features an outdoor shower.

A wood-burning oven and the barbecue equipment are at guests' disposal.


Accommodation

The villa is a large and bright two-storey building that sleeps 10 guests in 4 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms and has 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor are the kitchen, the dining room, a living room with fireplace, a second dining area with TV set, fireplace and a piano, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor composes of two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. A bedroom with a French bed and a double bedroom with access to a panoramic balcony are some steps below.

A stairlift makes the first floor accessible to people with disabilities.
