The villa offers a charming view of the surrounding countryside and is situated near the ancient church of San Martino and the historical castle of Panzano in Chianti. Thanks to its geographic position, the villa is an excellent starting point for one-day trips to Siena, Florence, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra, Anghiari, Cortona and Sansepolcro. In the farm, which, according to some historical documents, has existed since 1163, biological agriculture techniques are used. The swimming pool, equipped with sunshades and sunloungers, lies in the wide garden that surrounds the building. Six mountain bikes are at guests` disposal for excursions on the Chianti gentle hills.

The villa (5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) is divided into three apartments and in total composes of three kitchens, three living rooms (two with fireplace), 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 4 bathrooms with shower.
