Description

The tourist complex composes of two independent villas: Villa 1 offers 10 sleeping accommodations and Villa 2 offers 6 sleeping accommodations.

Although they are situated about 400 metres from the historical square of Greve in Chianti, the villas are immersed in the heart of the countryside, in a green and peaceful oasis, surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and the green gardens where lie the pools.

Green hedges separate the two villas for guests to enjoy the maximum privacy and independence.
Each villa has a private swimming pool exclusively reserved to guests.

In the nearby square of Greve in Chianti are restaurants serving traditional Tuscan dishes, cafes and shops of any kind.


Renting formulas:

Groups up to 10 people can rent Villa 1 with the exclusive use of the swimming pool.
Groups up to 6 people can rent Villa 2 with the exclusive use of the swimming pool.
Groups from 12 up to 16 people can rent both villas and swimming pools.


Accommodation

Villa 1 (200 square metres) offers 10 sleeping accommodations in 4 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room, and 5 bathrooms with shower, 4 of which are ensuite and 1 is on the ground floor.
It is a three-level building.
On the ground floor are a large kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor are also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are three double-bedded rooms and a twin-bedded room. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The second floor is the turret of the villa, which looks onto a wonderful panorama. In the turret is a double-bedded room.


Villa 2 (130 square metres) offers 6 sleeping accommodations in 2 double-bedded rooms, 1 twin-bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite, and a toilet on the ground floor.
It is a two-level building.
On the ground floor are a living room and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor is also a bathroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor are two double-bedded rooms and a twin-bedded room. One of the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, whereas the other two share the a second one.


Both villas are furnished with great care and feature ancient pictures and valuable pieces coming from the owners` family villa.

Each villa has a wide private garden with swimming pool and a private car park for two or three cars and enjoys a view over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
