Description

The lodging is a portion of a country house situated near Montespertoli, a small town in Empoli countryside, a few dozen kilometres from Florence and San Gimignano.

Thanks to its strategic position in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent departure point for one-day jaunts at the discovery of the Chianti Classico region and for visiting many cities of art renowned all over the world, such as Arezzo, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and Volterra.

The windows of the villa and the garden afford a charming view over the surrounding countryside.


The Outdoors

A well-kept garden furnished with table and chairs for dining in the open air surrounds the building. In the garden are also a gazebo and a masonry barbecue.

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1.30 m) that lies a few dozen metres from the house is exclusively reserved to guests. An outdoor shower stands next to it.

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms and has 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor is a living room with kitchen corner, dining area and fireplace.
The first floor composes of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower.
