Description

The beautiful villa is located in eastern Tuscany countryside, in Valdichiana, between Arezzo and Cortona and is an excellent departure for visiting many important tourist destinations in the region: Florence, Sansepolcro, Volterra, Anghiari, Siena, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano and San Gimignano (as well as the above-mentioned Arezzo and Cortona) are within easy driving distance.

The recently renovated building has wide rooms with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings.


The Outdoors

In the wide garden that surrounds the house lies the private swimming pool (14x5 m; depth: 1.40 m), exclusively reserved to guests. Two showers are in an outbuilding in the proximity of the swimming pool.

An external area in front of the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco meals.


Accommodation

The villa is a three-storey building that sleeps 14 guests in 5 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, and has 5 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

The ground floor composes of kitchen with access to the outside, living room with dining area and fireplace, laundry room and a half bathroom.
On the first floor are a sitting room with fireplace, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of two double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, a third double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
