Description

The villa is located in Pergine Valdarno (Arezzo), in Upper Valdarno, on a hill that separates two of the most beautiful Tuscan valleys, namely Pratomagno and Chianti.
The villa, a farmhouse built in 1846, has been recently renovated with an eye to maintaining its original architectural structures and features wood-beamed ceilings, ancient-terracotta tiled floors and an old wood-burning oven for making bread.
The villa is an excellent accommodation for nature lovers, who can have pleasant holidays in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. A stay at the villa may also offer the opportunity to discover Casentino castles, parish churches and sanctuaries, Arezzo, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Cortona and many other Tuscan tourist destinations.


The Outdoors

The villa is immersed in a fully-fenced 2000-square-metre garden rich in long-stemmed plants, pines and flower borders.
The private swimming pool (7x14 m; depth: 1.20-1.60 m) lies in the garden, about 40 metres from the building.
In the garden are also a table and some chairs for guests to have their meals al fresco.
