The charming villa stands in scenic location on the hills that surround Cortona, a renowned Etruscan town in the province of Arezzo, in Valdichiana. The house and the garden afford wonderful views of the surrounding woodlands.

The Outdoors

The private swimming pool (irregular form; approximately 7x14 m; depth: 2.40 m) lies in the wide garden furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs that surrounds the house.

A covered veranda is furnished with barbecue, table and chairs for having meals al fresco.

The villa is a two-storey building that sleeps 4 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and has 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor composes of living room with fireplace, kitchen corner and dining area, and a bathroom with shower (hydromassage and steam bath).
The sleeping area is on the first floor, which consists of reading corner, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The double bedroom has a direct access to a covered balcony.
