The villa stands atop a hill in Valdichiana, in front of the small medieval town of Lucignano (Arezzo). The windows and the garden that surrounds the complex afford a wonderful view of Valdichiana and the towns of Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona.

Some tennis courts, a riding stable, a golf club and some thermal establishments are within a few kilometres of the villa, whereas Arezzo , Cortona, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Siena and Florence are within easy driving distance.


The Outdoors

In the garden that surrounds the buildings lies the private swimming pool (12x6 m; depth: 1.40 m) that overlooks the surrounding countryside.

Two paved terraces are furnished with tables and chairs and a gazebo is in the garden for guests to have meals al fresco.

The cottage is a two-storey building that sleeps 4 guests in 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, and has 3 bathrooms.
The cottage leans against the hill; therefore it is accessed both from the lower and the upper floor.
On the lower floor are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The upper floor composes of kitchen, living area and a bathroom.
